    • Square Agnolotti (sort of ravioli) filled with roast meat
    • Stewed veal meat with Asti’s Barbera wine
    • Desserts chosen on the “Dessert menu”
    • Fancy cakes

  • “LA FIORAIA” MENU
    Six courses (water included) – service of the menu for all the covers


    • Nizza’s thistles with Raclette’s fondue, quail’s egg, bread cooked in the oven and white truffle
    • Duck’s breasts salad with honey and white Porto, bowl with Fois Gras and artichokes with nut’s sauce
    • Steam cooked stockfish with scalded cabbages, white fish sauce and onion’s cream


    • Beetroot delights with bagna cauda (peppers dripped in a strong garlic flavoured sauce) and slivers of Parmesan
    or
    • Carnaroli’s green rice with small chards and Raclette’s fondue



    • Pork fillet bound with Nebbiolo Gentile lard in Voronoff sauce
    or
    • Baked kid glazed with Moscato wine and toasted almonds
